Ringing the PR Bell

This weekends I Do The Impossible Challenge Finals brought about some amazing PR's - just on that day alone, 11 competitors PR'd their workout. Whether it was a deadlift, pullup, thruster, row or wod PR - it was a pretty phenomenal day!

Performed with dumbbells

5 DB Deadlift

5 DB Hang Cleans

5 DB Push Press

5 DB Squat

Increase load each round. Rest as necessary between rounds.

Score is highest load completed.
