"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals

Oh man, my lats (and calluses) are still screaming from Wednesday's WOD. Finshed with 267 last time (~2 months ago). Goal for this time is 285.
327 Woot! But I gota agree with Eric, everything still hurts from the 1210 pull ups on Wednesday!
I have a Tabata happy hour head ache today. And I'm sore from head to toe!
My legs & sides are SUPER sore today!! But it feelings good being back in a work out routine.
My legs & sides hurt like crazy today! It's that hurt than makes you go "oh, yeah I'm working out again, I forgot what that was like".
