Kids Speed and Agility















Matt puts the kiddos through some lunges.

I would just like to point out that I did double unders in a WOD for the first time ever! Though I'm sure my side kick technique could defintely improve :)

@JustsayJulie- Congratulations! What's the side kick? I still can't do DBUs :( I need to practice more!

It looked like she was jumping up to say "yipee" on every dbl under. It was great! Congrats Julie!
