The team challenge has begun! I hope you are all doing well on your workouts and paleo eating. Keep in contact with your teammates and encourage each other.

WOD

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
AMRAP in 20 minutes
RECIPE
Breakfast/Snack Bars
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup nuts (your choice)
3 tbs unsweetened coco
3 tbs unsweetened coconut shavings
3 tbs raisins
Mix together in food processor. Press into baking pan and refrigerate. Cut and enjoy
