Wednesday-Regular Schedule (5:30am, 9am at milburn, 10:00am basecamp, noon, 5pm 6pm)
Thursday - 10am & 3 pm
Friday - Free Community wod at noon (invite your friends!)
Saturday - 9:30 open gym
