Holly Jolly Challenge
- Last week of the Holly Jolly Challenge - get your journals turned in this week!
- Holly Jolly Team Workout is Saturday at 9:30am - All team members need to show up for the workout. Bring ALL your journals with you.
- December 21st - January 1st - Please email robin@crossfitcp.com if you are not currently enrolled in classes and would like to try out CrossFit - registration required.
- 5:30am is now Monday - Friday
- 6:30am is Tuesday and Thursday in case 5:30am is too early
- We are adding several new classes starting January 4th, so check out the December newsletter which will arrive in your inbox later this week.
