The Bear Complex

After doing the Crossfit Class, these 3 guys, Michael, Chad and Neil, decided to do the "Bear Complex"
Not to be outdone, Jordan jumped in a did it too. They are all new to Crossfit workouts, so there some technique issues
we are addressing. These 4 crossfitters are awesome!

The "Bear Complex" is

7 rounds of the following
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

Rest as needed between rounds. You cannot put the bar down in the middle of the round, only between rounds.

Complete 5 rounds

Hello, how long is a round? Is it once through the entire complex, or more?

Thanks

One round is 7 sets of the exercise.

So after you have done

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

7 times you have completed a round and you are permitted to rest.

You should do this 5 times.

I hope that answers your question.

Thanks,

hey has anyone here tried this with dumbells. There is a link on crossfit for a bear complex that involves dumbells and its pretty tough. http://www.crossfit.com/journal/library/58_07_Dumbbell_Bear.pdf
