Holly Jolly finals are next week. We have seen lots of really amazing team photos out in public. That's lots of points. Rack those points up... The race tightens everyday.
This weekend some of our coaches are competing in The All Cities Open hosted by the guys from CrossFit Dallas Central. Mike Fio, Carson, and Liz will be competing.
Deric is competing in the American Open Olympic lifting meet. He lifts this afternoon. Check out the USA Weightlifting site.
